Hi, I'm MilesMoreKnowledge(nickname duh), a first-year physiotherapy student with a passion for learning, movement, and helping others. Who Is This Blog For?

  • Current and future physiotherapy students

  • Anyone interested in injury prevention & recovery

  • Fitness enthusiasts looking to understand body mechanics

  • Those considering a career in physiotherapy

  • And current professionals who can help me learn!
